John Fox and Mike Bubela, Real Estate appraisal specialists in the general Houston area, have an extensive background that includes residential, commercial, industrial, and litigation. Both John and Mike hold the State Certified General Real Estate Appraisal Certificate for the State of Texas. John also holds the SRPA, SRA designations in the Appraisal Institute. 

The Appraisal Institute is an international organization of more than 19,000 real estate professionals whose primary focus is appraisal, but also includes consulting and other real estate services. It is the largest appraisal organization and the acknowledged leader in real estate appraisal education, publishing and research. It has general members who hold the MAI, SREA, or SRPA designations, and residential members who hold the SRA or RM designation.
